Mondelēz International is seeking a Sr. Manager, Employee Listening to own the vision, strategy, and execution of our employee listening program.

You will design a modern, multi-channel listening architecture and ensure listening data feeds dashboards, models, and decision frameworks that drive real outcomes. The role combines program leadership with technical oversight: define governance, lead end-to-end surveys, deliver actionable insights, and partner across HR to move from data to decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in employee listening, engagement, people analytics, or closely related field.
• Proven track record building or transforming an employee listening program.
• Deep expertise in survey methodology and multi-language deployment.
• Strong analytical capability and data visualization.
• Experience with leading listening/survey platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and own global employee listening strategy.
• Lead end-to-end execution of engagement surveys.
• Translate listening data into clear, actionable insights.
• Build dashboards and scorecards for leaders.
• Partner with HR leaders to drive action.
