Philip Morris International US in Stamford, CT is seeking a Senior Manager of Employee Listening & Engagement to lead the design, execution, and strategic application of PMI’s employee listening ecosystem. The role blends workforce intelligence with hands‑on engagement to close the loop between what employees say and the actions the company takes.

You will partner with global and US leadership to design surveys, analyze data, build leader dashboards, and govern listening programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in people analytics, employee listening, or engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience designing and managing enterprise listening programs across diverse populations.
• Proven ability to translate workforce data into strategic recommendations.
• Experience presenting insights to senior leadership and facilitating workshops.
• Experience in complex, multi-site or matrixed organizations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Design listening architecture, survey design, and cadence across US populations.
• Analyze data to identify patterns, root causes, and risks; build leader dashboards.
• Govern quarterly engagement governance and track action commitments.
• Collaborate with HRBPs to inform workforce planning and retention strategies.
• Lead engagement interventions and post-survey action planning with leadership.
