Job summary

Mondelēz International, based in the United States, seeks a Sr. Director, Global Strategic Insights to shape the vision for proactive, board-ready intelligence informing enterprise decisions.

You will lead consumer Sentiment analysis, marketplace dynamics, and cross-category benchmarking to support growth initiatives and strategy execution, while collaborating with Strategy, Sustainability, and Innovation teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required. 12+ years of progressive experience in strategic insights, competitive intelligence, consumer foresight, or strategy/consulting within CPG/Food & Beverage.
• Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and Board-level audiences.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex, multi-source information into clear, board-ready narratives and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop proactive, board-ready strategic intelligence content for Board meetings and Earnings calls.
• Lead state-of-the-consumer & marketplace assessments and cross-category strategic intelligence.
• Oversee AI-enabled monitoring and foresight tools adoption across the enterprise intelligence function.
