SharkNinja in Needham, MA is seeking a Lead Compensation Analyst to own the day-to-day execution of global compensation programs across Americas, EMEA, and APAC. You will partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Payroll, Legal and Finance to ensure data-driven pay decisions grounded in market data.
You will manage benchmarking, cycle management, and equity administration support, while driving automation and transparency across our compensation processes.

SharkNinja is growing fast, and our compensation programs need to grow with it. As Lead Compensation Analyst, you will own the day-to-day execution of our global compensation programs and the systems behind them, supporting employees across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Total Rewards, you will partner daily with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Payroll, Legal, and Finance.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who enjoys the operational side of compensation as much as the analysis. The Lead Compensation Analyst will make sure our benchmarking and cycle management tools work the way they should, our job architecture holds up as we scale, and our pay decisions are grounded in solid data.
