Job summary

SCIEX, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Service Trainer to develop and deliver LC/MS training programs for the global field service workforce in Marlborough, MA. You will enable engineers in end-to-end workflows—from sample prep to data reporting—and improve troubleshooting through engaging learning experiences.

The role requires LC/MS expertise, instructional delivery skills, and collaboration across teams. Travel up to 15% and on-site work in Marlborough, MA are expected

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry/Science/Medical Technology with LC/MS emphasis and 3+ years' hands-on LC/MS experience, or an Associate's degree with 5+ years.
• 1+ years experience creating training materials and learning content.
• Experience supporting analytical workflows including LC/MS data processing and results interpretation.
• Experience delivering technical training programs (instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on).
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver LC/MS workflow training programs for Field Service Engineers across end-to-end workflows.
• Create instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on training experiences translating complex concepts.
• Strengthen troubleshooting capabilities through training across instrumentation, software, methods, and workflows.
• Design and maintain training curricula, exercises, assessments, and digital learning resources.
• Partner with Global Service Support to support new product introductions and improve performance.
