Job summary

SCIEX, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Liquid Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (LC/MS) Service Trainer in Marlborough, MA. You will develop and deliver workflow-based LC/MS training programs for Field Service Engineers worldwide; strengthen troubleshooting and field readiness; partner with Global Service Support for new product introductions and knowledge transfer.

You will report to the Director, Service Training and join a Global Service Support team on-site in Marlborough, MA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Chemistry, Science, Medical Technology or equivalent with LC/MS emphasis and 3+ years of hands-on LC/MS experience or an A.S./A.A.S with 5+ years in LC/MS
• 1+ years experience creating training materials and learning content (curricula, labs, workbooks, assessments)
• Experience supporting analytical workflows including sample prep, method setup, instrument operation, data acquisition and interpretation across LC/MS platforms
• Experience developing and delivering technical training programs (instructor-led, virtual, hands-on) for engineers or laboratory personnel
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver LC/MS workflow training programs for Field Service Engineers
• Create instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on training translating complex concepts into practical service applications
• Strengthen troubleshooting capabilities through comprehensive training across instrumentation, software and workflows
• Design and maintain curricula and learning resources to support competency and field readiness
• Collaborate with Global Service Support to support new product introductions and continuous improvement
