Job summary

SCIEX, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Training Specialist for LC/MS workflow training on-site at our Marlborough, MA location. You will equip Field Service Engineers with end-to-end knowledge, covering sample prep, method setup, data acquisition, processing and reporting.

You will design curricula, deliver instructor-led, virtual and hands-on courses, and collaborate across Global Service Support to drive product introductions and service quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on LC/MS experience in service, applications, or laboratory environments.
• 1+ year creating training materials and learning content (curricula, lab exercises, manuals, assessments).
• Experience supporting analytical workflows including sample prep, method setup, instrument operation, data acquisition and interpretation across LC/MS platforms.
• Experience developing and delivering technical training programs for engineers, technicians or lab personnel.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver LC/MS workflow training for Field Service Engineers covering end-to-end workflows.
• Create instructor-led, virtual and hands-on training experiences translating complex concepts into practical service applications.
• Strengthen field troubleshooting through training on instrumentation, software, methods and workflows.
• Design and maintain curricula and learning resources, including exercises, assessments and digital content.
• Partner with Global Service Support to support new product introductions and improve training effectiveness.
