Job summary
SCIEX, a Danaher operating company, seeks a LC/MS Service Trainer to develop and deliver workflow-based LC/MS training programs for a global service workforce. You will strengthen field readiness, improve troubleshooting, and support new product introductions to ensure high quality customer support.
The role is onsite at Marlborough, MA, with up to 15% travel internationally. The successful candidate will have 3+ years LC/MS experience and proven training program development skills, reporting to
Qualifications
- 3+ years hands-on LC/MS experience (maintenance, troubleshooting, customer support)
- 1+ years creating training materials and learning content
- Experience supporting analytical workflows (sample prep, method setup, data acquisition, processing)
- Experience developing and delivering technical training programs (instructor-led, virtual, hands-on)
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver LC/MS workflow training for Field Service Engineers
- Create engaging learning experiences across instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on formats
- Strengthen field troubleshooting by training personnel on instrumentation, software, methods and workflows
- Design and maintain curricula and learning resources, including exercises, assessments, and job aids
- Collaborate with Global Service Support to support new product introductions and knowledge transfer
