Job summary

Wilson Sonsini is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support attorney recruiting firmwide with a focus on the East Coast, London, and Brussels. Based in New York or Washington, D.C., you will screen candidates, coordinate interviews across time zones, and support European hiring processes.

You'll collaborate with recruiters, Onboarding, HR, and office management to attract, hire, and retain top legal talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years corporate recruiting experience in a law firm or professional services strongly preferred.
• Experience with European employment contracts, offer letters, transcript requirements is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Review candidate materials and introduce candidates to practice group leaders with relevant information.
• Coordinate interview scheduling across East Coast offices, London, and Brussels in multiple time zones.
• Ensure seamless candidate communication and candidate experience throughout the process.
• Prepare initial drafts of European employment contracts and offer letters; confirm documents.
