Job summary

Wilson Sonsini is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Lateral Recruiting Team in a hybrid role based in New York or Washington, D.C. You will support attorney recruiting firmwide, with a focus on East Coast, London, and Brussels offices, coordinating multi-time-zone interviews and candidate communications.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in corporate recruiting, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and experience with Workday or similar ATS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years in corporate recruiting in a law firm or professional services.
• Experience with European employment contracts and offer letters is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones and offices.

Responsibilities

• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews across East Coast and Europe.
• Draft European employment contracts and offer letters.
• Maintain candidate tracking systems and recruiting reports.
• Support recruiting events for Patent Agent hiring.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance in all processes.
