Job summary

You will lead teams across Supply Chain, Operations, and Engineering, drive supplier readiness, and manage transitions from pilot to volume production, ensuring on-time, cost-effective product releases in a dynamic, high-tech environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management or continuous improvement.
• Ability to guide cross-functional teams and influence outcomes.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Over-see the optimization or creation of technical product offerings, processes, or programs, developing project plans, aligning teams, managing risk, and driving projects through release.
• Form and lead cross-functional teams to define sourcing strategies and plans for new products, including supplier selection and evaluation.
• Serve as a single point of contact to confirm supplier readiness in terms of production capacity and approved parts.
• Manage the transition of new products from pilot production to volume production.
• Perform regular cost rollups and analyze product cost performance to drive corrective action.
• Work with supply chain and engineering stakeholders to develop supplier selection for parts and identify risks.
• Resolve discrepancies between cost targets and quotes; present to executives and stakeholders.
• Apply should-cost principles and identify opportunities to improve cost, quality, and delivery with early supplier involvement.
• Provide DFx feedback to engineering and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
