Job summary

QPS, LLC is seeking an accomplished VP & Head of Global Lab Business Development to lead worldwide lab services growth from a remote US base. You will drive regional BD teams, manage client relationships, and oversee budgets and strategy across Neuropharmacology, DMPK, Toxicology, Bioanalysis, and Translational Medicine.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in sales in CRO/pharma services.
• Strong track record in laboratory services and bioanalysis.
• Proven ability to win new business and grow client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Global Lab BD Strategy: set priorities, goals, and regional plans to grow lab service lines.
• New Business and Client Relationships: attract new clients, expand accounts, and lead proposals and negotiations.
• Team Leadership and Development: build regional BD leaders, coach staff, and manage performance.
• Sales Performance and Forecasting: oversee activity, pipelines, forecasts, and CRM discipline.
• Collaboration Across QPS: align with scientific, operational, and finance teams on solutions and timelines.
• Budget and Resource Management: manage budget and allocate resources to priorities.
• Company Leadership and Integration: report to President/CEO and align acquisitions and systems.
• Industry Representation and Execution: represent QPS at client meetings and events.
