Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering or related field with 4+ years in product development or lab setting.
• Or Associate degree with 8+ years in a laboratory setting.
• Experience leading lab teams and coordinating with facilities and QA.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shared services product development or packaging lab sites.
• Oversee lab strategy, budgeting, and staff supervision.
• Ensure EHS, GDP/GLP, and design control standards are met.
• Develop metrics and supervise lab improvements and documentation.
