Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Senior Director of Scientific Affairs to lead the Scientific Affairs team within Specialty Lab Services. You will drive operational considerations for RFPs, BD meetings, and manage global third-party lab relationships to support biotech and pharma clients.

You will collaborate with lab operations and vendor management to ensure robust scientific, clinical development and budget strategies across studies and post-award activities.

Qualifications

• Requires a life sciences degree with extensive CRO/Lab industry experience.
• Leads global laboratory networks and multi-site oversight.
• Experience in protocol analysis, budget review and operational delivery of clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support across clinical study operations and global lab vendors.
• Own, maintain and report department metrics including capacity and turnaround time.
• Develop specification sheets from protocols for BD/proposal teams.
• Mentor scientific affairs colleagues and Precision staff.
