MarketStar is seeking a Global Trainer in Ogden, UT, a hybrid role leading end-to-end enablement training for client teams. The ideal candidate will drive world-class training culture with strong sales, facilitation, and communication skills.

Location: Ogden, UT - Hybrid. Responsibilities include onboarding, coaching, development needs assessment, and reporting. Flexible to align with global teams; attractive benefits and compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in L&D with sales/cust success programs.
• Experience designing and delivering training for tech sales teams.
• Excellent planning, communication, and collaboration with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver inductions and onboarding across teams.
• Deliver coaching and training to Intel portfolio members.
• Support managers with development needs identified in PIP/PDP.
• Design and implement engaging L&D initiatives across MarketStar.
• Draft and manage key L&D communications.
• Provide weekly/monthly activity reports to leadership.
