Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Hospitality or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in learning & development, talent development, HR, hospitality and event coordination, employee experience, or a related field.
• Experience supporting delivery of learning programs, workshops, leadership development initiatives, or employee engagement experiences.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to coordinate events, programs, and complex logistics with high quality and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage various stakeholder groups.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Excel, Miro, presentation software, and related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support team in executing virtual and in-person learning programs with inclusive and impactful learner experiences.
• Prepare program materials, facilitator resources, research, and multimedia content to enhance learning experiences.
• Refine learning content, resources, and participant materials to meet evolving business needs.
• Assist in facilitating workshops and learning experiences, contributing to a positive participant experience.
• Draft clear communications to participants, leaders, and HR partners while managing enrollment and attendance tracking.
• Coordinate the nomination process to ensure a positive participant experience.
• Maintain accurate program data and analyze metrics to generate insights and recommendations.
• Support feedback collection and evaluation to strengthen learning outcomes.
