Job summary

This role focuses on delivering high-quality learning experiences across the employee journey, from onboarding to leadership development, with a sharp eye for detail and quality standards. Based at our Corporate Headquarters in New York, the specialist will drive engaging programs, partner with stakeholders, and support continuous improvement of learning

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate seamless execution of virtual and in-person learning programs.
  • Prepare materials, facilitator resources, and multimedia content.
  • Refine learning content to meet evolving learner needs.
  • Facilitate selected workshops and learning experiences.
  • Draft professional communications and manage enrollment and attendance.
  • Coordinate nomination processes and stakeholder follow-up.
  • Maintain program data and analyze engagement metrics.
  • Support feedback collection and evaluation to improve outcomes.
  • Deliver Essence of the Blue Box experiences with coordination and partner liaison.
  • Support vendor partners and manage contracts, payments, and logistics.
  • Contribute to employee engagement and ERG initiatives.
  • Plan monthly zone calls with agenda and follow-up messages.
  • Maintain learning records and financial management for budgets.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Hospitality or a related field

The Specialist role ensures exceptional execution of learning initiatives that support Tiffany's Learning & Development needs through precise program delivery. In this role, you will create engaging learning experiences across key moments of the employee journey, from onboarding through leadership development, while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and quality standards.

Success in this role will come from strong operational excellence and a commitment to creating meaningful and inclusive experiences.

Key Accountabilities
Program Management & Content Support - Learning Programs
  • Support team in creating seamless execution of virtual and in-person learning programs that create engaging, inclusive, and impactful learner experiences.
  • Prepare program materials, facilitator resources, research, and multimedia content that enhance the effectiveness of learning experiences.
  • Partner with the team to continuously refine and enhance learning content, resources, and participant materials to meet evolving business and learner needs.
  • Support the facilitation of selected workshops and learning experiences, contributing to a positive and engaging participant experience.
  • Draft clear and professional communications to participants, leaders, and HR partners while managing enrollment, attendance tracking, and program administration.
  • Coordinate the nomination process, ensuring a streamlined and positive participant experience through effective communication and stakeholder follow up.
  • Maintain accurate program data and utilize participation, engagement, and effectiveness metrics to generate meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Support feedback collection and evaluation processes, helping identify opportunities to strengthen learning outcomes and program impact.
Signature Experiences And Event Delivery
  • Partner in delivering Essence of the Blue Box , Tiffany's flagship immersion experience for Senior Leaders, ensuring a seamless and memorable participant journey through exceptional coordination and execution.
  • Serve as a key liaison with vendors and external partners, effectively managing schedules, contracts, payments, logistics, and operational details to bring learning experiences to life.
  • Support engagement, inclusion, volunteer, and Employee Resource Group initiatives, contributing to experiences that strengthen connection, participation, and employee belonging across the organization.
Team Operations & Continuous Improvement
  • Prepare for Global Learning & Development monthly zone calls by ensuring thoughtful agenda planning, clear communication, follow up messaging and meaningful knowledge sharing across regions.
  • Maintain accurate learning records, completion tracking, and reporting while identifying opportunities to enhance processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen learning operations.
  • Support budget administration activities, including expense tracking, reconciliations, and forecasting, ensuring accurate and timely financial management for both Global Learning & Development and DEIB.

The hiring range for this position ranges from $77,000 - $95,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Hospitality or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in learning & development, talent development, Human Resources, hospitality and event coordination, employee experience, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting the delivery of learning programs, workshops, leadership development initiatives, or employee engagement experiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proven ability to coordinate events, programs, and complex logistics while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage a variety of stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools, including SharePoint, Excel, Miro, presentation software, and related platforms.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships across functions, levels, and regions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience facilitating or co-facilitating workshops, meetings, or learning experiences.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and learning program administration.
  • Experience creating, adapting, or managing learning materials, participant guides, or training resources.
  • Experience within luxury, retail, hospitality, or another client-centric environment.
  • Exposure to employee engagement, culture, inclusion, or DEIB initiatives.
  • Experience working across global teams and supporting multinational organizations.
