Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Learning Regional Manager to shape training across multiple Fulfillment Center sites. You will analyze performance metrics, lead onboarding, and partner with senior leaders to drive learning-driven improvements.

You’ll coach managers, develop scalable L&D strategies, and build reporting to measure training impact, while collaborating with cross-site teams to align global initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience with adult learning theory and remote/virtual training delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance metrics to drive site-level improvements and provide insights to leadership.
• Lead onboarding programs, trainer management, and training delivery across sites.
• Develop and implement learning strategies to improve efficiency and development.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive performance through data-driven decisions.
• Coach site leadership on learning and development best practices.
• Create reporting to measure training effectiveness and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to translate pain points into learning solutions.
• Demonstrate people management and learning facilitation across locations.
