Job summary

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 2+ years designing, developing, and delivering eLearning content.
  • Experience with eLearning authoring tools: Storyline/Rise 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia.
  • Experience creating engaging training materials: e-learning courses, instructor-led materials, job aids, multimedia.
  • Experience in a major corporate training environment with instructional design assignments.
  • Experience delivering training to individuals and groups.
  • Experience implementing full training life cycle to improve organizational training initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, develop, and evaluate training solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements and create learning content.
  • Design and develop engaging multimedia content using various authoring tools – such as Vyond, Articulate Storyline, Adobe.
  • Create storyboards, scripts, and job aids that support learning objectives.
  • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to course development.
  • Ensure consistency in learning design across multiple programs and platforms.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Measure and evaluate training effectiveness through various assessment methods.
  • Stay current with industry trends and learning technologies.
  • Maintain course content and curriculum documentation.
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of learning programs.

Basic Qualifications
  • 2+ years of program or project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Technical Training, Design, or a related field
  • 2+ years of designing, developing, and delivering eLearning content experience
  • Experience with eLearning authoring tools and other design programs including: Storyline/Rise 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, and Camtasia
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging training materials including e-learning courses, instructor-led materials, job aids, and multimedia content
  • Experience in a major corporate training environment working on instructional design assignments
  • Experience delivering training to both individuals and groups
  • Experience implementing full training life cycle in order to improve organizational training initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
  • Have an available online portfolio
  • Experience using data analytics to drive learning strategy and demonstrate business impact
  • Experience with multimedia content creation, or experience with graphic training systems
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Proven competence using an LMS, such as Cornerstone, Moodle, or Thinking Cap
  • History of success in fast-paced, global environments
