Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a Director, Global Employee and Labor Relations to lead the function ensuring a strong, compliant employee relations posture worldwide. The role guides strategy, oversees complex investigations, and partners with senior leaders and HR partners to manage risk and support the business across multiple facilities and global functions.

You'll lead a diverse team, set priorities, and build capability to provide proactive counsel while aligning with company values and laws.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive HR experience including employee relations and labor relations responsibility.
Strong knowledge of U.S. employment and labor law and country-specific nuances.
Experience advising leaders and managing complex, sensitive employee relations matters.

Responsibilities

Develop and guide implementation of a globally focused employee relations and labor relations support model across facilities and functions.
Lead and coach a team of employee relations professionals to deliver high-quality service.
Provide proactive counsel to senior leaders and HR partners on complex employee relations matters.
Oversee investigations, corrective actions, and workplace conduct matters with rigor and confidentiality.
Build a global network of ER partners, standards, tools, and capabilities for locally compliant support.
