Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Program Manager for Environmental Health and Safety, Safety Learning and Development (SLeD) in Nashville, TN. You will own the LMS end-to-end, drive global compliance, and lead multi-year roadmap initiatives across thousands of learners.

You will partner with global teams to standardize processes, implement efficient learning paths, and deliver measurable program health metrics while ensuring regulatory alignment and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• End-to-end management of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration or equivalent field of study.
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Flexible, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
• Demonstrated ability to build scalable solutions and mechanisms in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the LMS global strategy, building repeatable mechanisms for compliance reporting and program health monitoring.
• Lead special projects and process improvement initiatives to optimize LMS use-cases and align with regulatory requirements.
• Design scalable mechanisms to resolve training barriers and maintain compliance documentation standards.
• Resolve customer issues via tickets on training barriers, extensions, completion issues, and escalations with documentation.
• Serve as single-threaded leader to configure learning paths, user permissions, and manage training across programs.
• Leverage LMS and internal tools to maintain intakes, courses, adoption, and compliance reporting accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement of LMS functionality through updates, feedback, and metrics.
• Partner cross-functionally with global counterparts to drive standardization and share best practices.
