Job summary

Blackstone seeks an experienced Learning & Development Program Manager to lead firmwide manager programs from design to execution. The role collaborates with HR, business leaders, and external partners to deliver impactful leadership training for a global workforce.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR-L&D, strong project management, and excellent communication skills. This on-site role in Berkeley Heights includes travel to NYC and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR with learning & development focus, preferably in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end firmwide manager program with multiple sessions and events.
• Develop and execute training needs and programs; monitor effectiveness.
• Support Global L&D in career landmark programs.
• Research external partners for design and delivery of programs.
• Build relationships across businesses and regions to support talent development.
