Job summary

Susquehanna is seeking a Learning & Development Facilitator to impact across the firm, delivering student programs to interns, early-career staff, managers, and senior leaders. You will design, deliver, and curate internal curricula with global colleagues, blending facilitation, instructional design, and eLearning.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in corporate training, facilitation, or Learning & Development.
• Ability to facilitate confidently across diverse audiences including interns to managers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for a fast-paced environment.
• Practical, analytical mindset to diagnose learning solutions needs.
• Hands-on content design experience applying sound instructional design practices.
• Experience creating eLearning modules with authoring tools (Articulate Rise preferred).
• Experience delivering scenario-based, experiential, and case study learning.
• Ability to build credibility across technology, trading, and operations.

Responsibilities
