SharkNinja, a global product design and technology company headquartered in Needham, MA, seeks a Director, AI Change Maker for People & Culture. You will co-lead AI integration from hire to retire, building a data foundation, deploying capabilities, and transforming workflows to accelerate impact enterprise-wide.

You will partner with P&C leadership to shape the next era of AI-enabled work, measuring adoption, speed, and business outcomes, reporting to the VP, Chief of Staff to the CEO.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in AI/ML, HR transformation, talent operations, or tech-driven change management.
• Strong ability to bridge tech and business outcomes for HR.
• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Co-own the AI transformation roadmap across the full People & Culture function.
• Deploy AI-enabled workflows to improve hiring, service delivery, and storytelling.
• Lead cross-functional sprints and program metrics to quantify impact.
• Champion a culture of experimentation and rapid iteration with measurable outcomes.
