The role shapes capability priorities to drive measurable performance outcomes and rapid adoption of AI-enabled skills. Hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in learning, organizational capability, or workforce development.

Responsibilities

• Lead diagnosis of workforce readiness and capability gaps in partnership with HR leaders and business executives.
• Create data-driven capability roadmaps spanning leadership, functional capabilities, and AI-related skills.
• Oversee delivery of workforce capability development at scale across business lines.
• Manage partnerships with HR and business leaders as a consultative advisor aligned to strategy.
• Develop applied development and change enablement approaches embedded in day-to-day work.
• Coordinate enterprise and delivery partners to ensure execution quality and measurable impact.
