Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with enterprise thinking.
• 7+ years in enterprise enablement or related fields.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives requiring stakeholder alignment and sustained adoption.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to operate in ambiguity.
• Ability to influence senior leaders across HR, communications, technology, learning, and business teams.
• Demonstrates learning agility and curiosity—applying AI to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver MetLife’s global enterprise enablement strategy to strengthen workforce and leader readiness, change activation, and adoption across evolving priorities.
• Establish repeatable enablement standards, playbooks, and operating practices for consistency and scalability across transformation efforts.
• Define readiness priorities and drive enterprise-wide enablement that translates transformation into actionable outcomes.
• Oversee high-impact change and adoption initiatives, including AI fluency and responsible use of tools.
• Partner with Learning, Communications, Technology, and business teams to align capability-building and support around priorities and adoption.
• Equip leaders to create clarity and accountability, translating priorities into team actions.
• Define and track success measures such as readiness, adoption, time-to-proficiency, and sustained use.
