Job summary

You will establish enablement standards, drive measurable readiness, and influence senior leaders across HR, communications, and business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with strong business judgment and enterprise thinking
• 7+ years in enterprise enablement, change activation, transformation, or related fields
• Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives with stakeholder alignment and adoption at scale
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving skills in ambiguity, translating strategy to action
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders across HR, communications, technology, learning, and business teams
• Demonstrates learning agility and curiosity—applying new tools, including AI, to improve effectiveness

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver MetLife's global enterprise enablement strategy to strengthen readiness, activation, and adoption across priorities
• Establish repeatable enablement standards, playbooks, and operating practices for consistency and scalability
• Define readiness priorities and drive enterprise-wide enablement to translate transformation into action and business impact
• Oversee change and adoption initiatives with a focus on AI fluency and responsible tool use
• Partner with Learning, Communications, Technology, and business teams to align capability-building and support around priorities
• Equip leaders to translate priorities into team action and reinforce adoption through accountability
• Define and track success measures such as readiness, adoption, time-to-proficiency, and sustained use
