The Head of L&D – US Business, MIM & Global Functions is responsible for enabling workforce capability and readiness across MetLife’s US Business, MetLife Investment Management and the global functions. This role, which can be located in Bridgewater, NJ, Whippany, NJ or New York, NY, serves as a senior Enterprise Learning & Development leader, partnering closely with HR leadership and business executives to translate enterprise and business strategy into clear capability priorities that drive measurable performance outcomes.

This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
The expected salary range for this position is $164,200- $218,900. This role may also be eligible for annual short‑term incentive compensation and stock‑based long‑term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
