Coinbase seeks a Senior Manager, Head of KYC in Central Compliance to own global KYC strategy across regulated entities. You will translate complex regulations into scalable program design and lead a team of KYC professionals measuring program health.

You will partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deploy KYC for new products and jurisdictions, and provide regulatory guidance to leadership and regulators with executive KPI reporting.

Formación

• 10+ years designing and implementing KYC programs in financial services.
• Deep knowledge of global AML, CTF, sanctions regulations and map to scalable designs.
• Experience building and scaling global KYC programs from design to execution.

Responsabilidades

• Own global KYC program strategy, policy, and execution across regulated entities.
• Lead KYC professionals, set performance standards, and develop talent.
• Oversee KYC issue management, corrective actions, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering to implement KYC for new launches.
• Serve as DRl for regulatory reporting and deliver KPI reports.
