Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Manager to lead the global AML/KYC QA testing efforts for Consumer Community Banking, Asset & Wealth Management, and International Consumer Banking North America.

The role manages a regional team across multiple Lines of Business and drives testing cycles end-to-end. You will build and track Global Business Health KPIs, coach staff, and ensure adherence to KYC policies while partnering with global stakeholders to mitigate risk and continuously improve testing

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of QA testing methodologies and AML/KYC regulations.
• Strong client focus and leadership, influencing stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate complex AML policy, regulations, and compliance requirements to management and staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years AML/KYC compliance, audit, or operations management experience.
• Experience coaching and mentoring teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional KYC QA testing team across multiple Lines of Business.
• Build and monitor Global Business Health KPIs (KPIs).
• Identify opportunities to improve end-to-end testing processes.
• Maintain governance with global stakeholders and mitigate risk in processes.
