Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Analytics Solutions Associate Senior in the KYC Quality Assurance group. You will design and maintain analytics-driven solutions to improve sampling, testing execution, and review efficiency.

You will partner with QA leads, risk managers, and operations to translate business needs into structured analytical requirements and repeatable workflows. This role emphasizes statistical sampling, process automation, data integration, and methodology documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; 3+ years analytics or QA analytics experience.
• Strong Python skills for scripting and data manipulation.
• SQL proficiency for large-scale data analysis.
• Experience with APIs or data integration and workflow automation.
• Unix/Linux command line proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain programmatic frameworks for QA testing analytics and sampling.
• Develop Python automation tools to generate samples, validate inputs, and document methodology.
• Apply statistical techniques (confidence intervals, stratification, sample sizing) to QA conclusions.
• Translate testing needs into structured analytical requirements and repeatable workflows.
• Integrate data from internal systems, APIs, and data feeds to enable sampling and automation.
• Collaborate with QA leads, risk managers, and operations to improve testing design and controls.
• Lead process improvements through automation and standardization.
• Perform data quality checks, exception analysis, and validation of outputs.
• Document sampling logic, assumptions, and limitations for audit and regulatory review.
• Support governance by coordinating with compliance, legal, and control partners.
