Ladders is seeking a Head of KYC to lead a global KYC program in the rapidly evolving digital assets space. This role directs a team of KYC professionals, partners with Legal and Compliance, and shapes regulatory interpretations across multiple jurisdictions.

The position is remote for US-based candidates, with compensation ranging from $252,620 to $297,200 annually. It emphasizes onboarding quality, program health, and scalable compliant operations.

Formación

• 10+ years managing and implementing KYC programs, preferably in digital assets or fintech.
• Strong understanding of global AML, CTF, and sanctions regulations.
• Experience scaling a global KYC program from design to execution.
• Senior escalation point for KYC onboarding issues with regulatory guidance expertise.
• Ability to manage multiple regulatory initiatives in a complex environment.
• Experience with responsible use of generative AI to enhance business processes.

Responsabilidades

• Own the strategic direction for the global KYC program across all regulated entities.
• Lead and develop a team of KYC professionals, ensuring consistent implementation and performance standards.
• Oversee global KYC issue management and ensure timely resolution of problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement KYC initiatives for new products and jurisdictions.
• Serve as directly responsible individual for regulatory inquiries and reporting on KYC program health.
• Shape global KYC regulatory interpretations in partnership with Legal and Compliance.
