Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years of business analysis experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services with KM program.
• Proficiency with enterprise automation suites and KM platforms.

• Analyze legal workflows and identify process bottlenecks to improve efficiency.
• Administer KM platforms (DMS, repositories) and maintain taxonomies and metadata.
• Capture knowledge and maintain the firm's central knowledge base with templates and forms.
• Build low-code automated workflows to streamline tasks and drafting.
• Support governance and compliance around data privacy and AI usage.
• Gather requirements and draft technical docs; guide projects using Agile/Waterfall.
• Serve as liaison between attorneys, admin leadership, and software developers.
