SourcePro Search is seeking a Knowledge Management Attorney for the firm’s U.S. Private Investment Funds practice, with the role based in New York or Washington DC and a remote option. You will support the knowledge management group by creating high-quality content and training, drawing on your capital markets expertise.

The role emphasizes embedded KM within the capital markets practice, collaborating with leaders, and delivering best-in-class knowledge resources to U.S. practitioners.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor required.
• 5+ years legal experience in the capital markets at a large law firm.
• Experience advising on SEC reporting and public offerings.
• Passion for knowledge-sharing and excellence in legal work.
• Interest in legal technology.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop and maintain model documents and precedents for the Practice.
• Serve as a source of legal, market and practical expertise for data analysis.
• Develop training curricula and participate in internal associate training.
• Collaborate with KM team to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Assist business development through thought leadership, client seminars.
• Participate in KM Department meetings and share best practices.
