Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience in transactional practice at a large law firm.
• Knowledge-management experience and interest in technology's impact on legal practice.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
• Organize and upload reference material to knowledge management tools.
• Provide support in locating internal and external knowledge resources.
• Research legal and industry developments and trends.
• Assist with automating documents using relevant software.

Skills
