Kuehne+Nagel in Torrance, CA is seeking a Global Key Account Manager to lead and grow strategic customer relationships across Air Logistics, Sea Logistics, Road Logistics, Contract Logistics, and Integrated Logistics.

You will own the global commercial relationship, build executive-level partnerships, and drive revenue growth through consultative selling, multi‑unit collaboration, and strong negotiation across multinational accounts. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in key account management, business development or sales in logistics.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, International Studies or related field; Master's preferred.
Strong understanding of global supply chain solutions including Air, Sea, Road, Contract and Integrated Logistics.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end commercial relationship for strategic global accounts, driving revenue growth and retention.
Build relationships with executive, procurement, logistics and supply chain stakeholders.
Develop understanding of customer models and priorities to identify growth opportunities.
Create and execute account plans aligned with objectives and strategy.
Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across logistics services.
Lead commercial negotiations including pricing and service agreements.
Partner with business units to deliver integrated solutions and outcomes.
Monitor pipeline, account profitability, and KPIs; take corrective actions when needed.
Ensure smooth transition of new business into operations and delivery.
