Keenfinity is seeking a Global Key Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of strategic global PAVA accounts, driving the global go-to-market and aligning regional execution with corporate strategy.

You will lead senior relationships, develop an aligned account plan across regions, and collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Product, and Marketing to maximize value while pursuing ambitious growth in life-safety systems.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 3-7 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally in life-safety, fire & security, or building-technology sectors.
• Commercial acumen: contract negotiation, value-based selling, pricing and margin management, complex deal structuring.
• Leadership: cross-cultural collaboration; leading virtual, cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Executive presence with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own global account strategy and senior customer relationships across regions.
• Define channel strategy and translate global strategy into regional priorities.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Product Management and Marketing to maximize value.
• Provide directions to Regional Account Managers and Business Development Managers; support cross-region pursuits.
• Monitor execution against priorities and define governance standards.
