Job summary

Keenfinity Group seeks a Global Key Accounts Manager – Aviation and Space to own and grow a portfolio of strategic global accounts. You will drive the global go-to-market strategy, coordinating with regional Growth, Business Development, and Product teams to advance revenue and margins.

You will lead executive engagements across aviation and space programs, negotiate complex deals, and ensure unified account planning across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–7 years in B2B sales or account management.
• Contract negotiation, value-based selling, pricing and margin management.
• Cross-cultural collaboration; leading virtual, cross-functional teams.
• Strong ability to influence with diverse styles; decisive when needed.
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of global aviation and space accounts.
• Define and drive global go-to-market strategy for assigned channel/vertical.
• Lead development of Global Key Accounts and ensure regional alignment.
• Provide guidance to Regional Account Managers and Business Development Managers.
• Collaborate with Finance on forecasts, unit economics, and long-term contract economics.
• Position Aviation and Space as a market leader and expand into adjacent regions.
• Monitor account plans, opportunities, and ROI attribution across regions.
