Job summary

Arvato in Louisville is seeking an Operations Expert to lead the development and implementation of operating processes for new business initiatives. The role requires extensive warehouse operations experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage complex projects across teams.

You will drive onboarding for new clients, perform ramp-up planning, and ensure comprehensive training materials and GoLive support. Travel up to 75% will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, operations or related field.
• 5+ years in a warehouse leadership role implementing new operations.
• Strong understanding of logistics ops, process development and PM principles.
• Excellent leadership and communication across departments.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Own development and implementation of efficient operating processes for new initiatives.
• Collaborate with local Operations teams on volume reviews and FTE planning.
• Develop transition and ramp-up plans for onboarding of new clients and processes.
• Create project training concepts and document training materials.
• Provide on-the-floor management during GoLive and address issues.
• Ensure full system functionality is known, used, and optimized.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies using best practices.
• Define processes for ramp-up with both manual and automated workflows.
• Suggest process improvements and operational efficiencies.
