Job summary

Uniphar Group in Garner, NC is hiring a results-driven Key Account Manager to manage customer relationships, drive revenue, and deliver quotations and sourcing solutions. You will collaborate with Procurement, Regulatory, Quality, Logistics, and Business Development to provide exceptional customer experience.

Role requires strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with travel up to 20% (training in Mississippi included).

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years in sales, account management, or related role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; CRM/ERP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned customer accounts to drive retention and revenue.
• Prepare accurate quotations in response to inquiries.
• Source products from approved suppliers and evaluate pricing and lead times.
• Coordinate with Regulatory, Quality, Logistics, and Business Development.
• Respond to inquiries within 24 hours; support order fulfilment.
