Job summary

Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. in Austin is seeking a hands-on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Operations Analyst to manage daily health and integrity of the JDE environment.

You will be the primary contact for system integrity, solving complex issues and coordinating with international ERP teams to keep EnterpriseOne 9.2 running reliably. Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of hands-on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience in an operations, business or technical analyst role.
• Experience with JDE Procurement and Financial workflows.
• Familiarity with DMAAIs, Orchestrator, Scanman (OCR), and SQL.
• Proficiency in incident management using ServiceNow.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical issues for non-technical users.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate as Tier 1 and 2 support for global JD Edwards users; manage profiles, security setup and terminations.
• Analyze batch job scheduling, health checks, and logs to prevent business impact.
• Perform root cause analysis on incidents and data discrepancies with ServiceNow.
• Oversee interfaces to JD Edwards and integrity reports; guide users to resolution.
• Support month/quarter/year-end financial close processes and data integrity.
• Troubleshoot procurement workflows and approvals; familiarity with Version1 Approval Express is a plus.
• Create troubleshooting manuals and end-user training guides.
• Contribute to system upgrades, implementations, and rollouts; knowledge of OMW and promotion to production.
