Job summary

Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. in Austin, TX, is seeking a hands-on JD Edwards Operations Analyst to manage the daily health of our global EnterpriseOne 9.2 environment and act as primary contact for system integrity. You will work with ERP teams to keep EnterpriseOne running reliably.

You will monitor batch jobs, security, interfaces, and data integrity, while supporting financial close processes and procurement workflows in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–7 years of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience in an operations, business or technical analyst role.
• Hands-on experience in operations, business or technical analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of JDE Procurement and Financial workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Tier 1 and 2 analyst for global JD Edwards users.
• Monitor batch scheduling, health reports and resolve issues proactively.
• Track incidents in ServiceNow and drive root-cause fixes.
• Oversee interfaces to JD Edwards and data integrity.
• Monitor month/quarter/year-end close processes.
• Troubleshoot procurement workflows and approvals.
• Write troubleshooting manuals and training guides.
• Contribute to system upgrades and production promotions.
