Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. in Austin, TX seeks a hands-on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne operations analyst to manage the daily health of the global JDE environment.

You will be the primary contact for system integrity and coordinate with ERP teams to keep EnterpriseOne 9.2 running reliably. Responsibilities include Tier 1/2 support, batch scheduling, incidents in ServiceNow, data integrity, and month-end close monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–7 years of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience in an operations, business, or technical analyst role.
• Experience with JD Edwards procurement and financial workflows.
• Gather requirements and deliver data integrity improvements.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and ServiceNow for incident management.

Responsibilities

• Tier 1/2 analyst for global JD Edwards users.
• Manage JDE batch scheduling and health checks.
• Track incidents in ServiceNow and perform root-cause analysis.
• Oversee JD Edwards interfaces and data reconciliation.
• Monitor month/quarter/year-end close processes.
• Troubleshoot JDE approval routes and delegation workflows.
• Write troubleshooting manuals and training guides.
• Participate in system upgrades, implementations, and rollouts.
