Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. is seeking a hands-on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne operations analyst to manage daily health and security for our global environment.

You will be the primary contact for system integrity and coordinate with ERP teams to ensure reliability of EnterpriseOne 9.2. Responsibilities include incident tracking in ServiceNow, batch scheduling, data integrity during month/quarter/year-end closes, and supporting procurement workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and 2 support for global JD Edwards users and manage security profiles.
• Monitor batch scheduling, health checks, and logs for JDE EnterpriseOne health.
• Track incidents in ServiceNow and drive permanent fixes.
• Oversee interfaces to JD Edwards and analyze data discrepancies.
• Monitor month/quarter/year-end close processes for data integrity.
• Troubleshoot procurement and approval routes, leveraging Experience with Version1 Approval Express.
• Create troubleshooting manuals and end-user training guides.
• Contribute to system upgrades, implementations, and promotions to production.
