Job summary

BioDot Inc. is a world leader in diagnostic manufacturing equipment and part of the ATS Life Sciences Group. The IT Systems Analyst will manage LAN and end-user systems, document standards, and provide tier 1-2 support to global staff, reporting to HR at BioDot.

The role emphasizes Windows Server, AD, Azure and 365 cloud environments, security, and collaboration with corporate IT to ensure reliable network operations. Hybrid or on-site options apply.

Qualifications

• Two years of IT experience with network management and user support.
• Expert in Windows Server management and virtual environments.
• Strong understanding of networking: DHCP, switches, routers.
• Security-focused with ability to train others.
• Experience with IT budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Support LAN and WAN connectivity; maintain intranet systems.
• Install and configure hardware and software components.
• Set up new user accounts and profiles.
• Diagnose and resolve problems across software, network, and hardware.
• Assist global users on-site and remotely.
• Recommend future upgrades; monitor security and availability.
• Manage servers, devices; enforce IT standards.
• Collaborate with corporate IT to meet security/service standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
