Job summary

BioDot Inc., part of ATS Corporation Life Sciences Group, is seeking an IT Systems Analyst to manage LAN and end-user systems, maintain IT standards, and provide global support. Reporting to HR and ATS IT leadership, the role emphasizes security, performance, and future upgrades in a manufacturing environment.

The role involves configuring servers, diagnosing issues, and collaborating with corporate IT to ensure standards are met. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ IT experience with network management and user support.
• Expert in Windows Server management and virtual server environments (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Strong understanding of networking protocols, DHCP, switches and routers.
• Strong security focus.
• Able to develop and lead training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Manage, document, and support the company's LAN and end user systems.
• Maintain corporate IT standards, internet and intranet systems, and provide level 1-2 IT support to global staff.
• Install and configure hardware and software components.
• Set up new user accounts and profiles; diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• Assist global users with computer systems, software, and hardware (in person and remote).
• Make recommendations for future upgrades; maintain network security and availability.
• Maintain and monitor networks; evaluate system performance and efficiency.
