Job summary

Missio Nexus is seeking IT professionals to support systems that enable global outreach. Roles cover on-premise and cloud infrastructure, with generous flexibility for global locations or fully remote work. Proficiency in O365, networking, and server management is preferred.

The position may be offered as part-time, full-time, internship, or short-term (9-12 months) depending on need. Candidates should be able to operate in a globally diverse team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT experience.
• Strong networking, virtualization, and security fundamentals.
• Experience with Office 365 and server administration (Windows/Linux).

Responsibilities

• Support IT strategy to align with the organization’s vision and goals.
• Participate in operations across on-premise data center, WAN, cloud tools, and virtualized server platforms.
• Collaborate with Global IT staff to design, provision and support IT infrastructure.
• Serve on rotating schedule to resolve end-user IT helpdesk issues.
