Responsibilities

• Monitor network infrastructure and server health.
• Manage Windows Server patch management and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and remediate server/infrastructure issues.
• Perform monthly system backup and recovery validation.
• Administer UniFi network infrastructure across HQ and Ministry Centers.
• Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and passwords.
• Administer endpoints and mobile devices via Intune.
• Manage Exchange Online email, anti-spam, and virus protection.
• Use AI tools to automate IT operations and support staff adoption.
