Job summary

On The Spot Development is forming a local Polish team for a US-based B2B technology company developing an AI-powered skills platform. We seek a hands-on IT Systems Administrator to support day-to-day IT operations, manage endpoints, and provide end-user support.

You will work closely with the US team, with hours overlapping Warsaw time. The role emphasizes macOS expertise, Google Workspace/Slack administration, and Microsoft 365 security controls (DLP, labeling, retention).

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with macOS and endpoint management (MDM, ABM).
• Experience administering Google Workspace and Slack environments.
• Hands-on M365 knowledge with security controls (DLP, labeling, retention).
• Strong English skills for cross-functional collaboration with US team.
• Good problem solving and clear communication to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Mac/macOS devices using MDM and ABM.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding and access provisioning across SaaS tools.
• Oversee daily administration of Google Workspace, Slack, and other cloud apps.
• Serve as primary contact for hardware/software issues.
• Assist with cross-platform integration efforts with M365, including DLP and retention policies.
