V2X Inc is hiring a Computer User Support Specialist to deliver frontline IT end-user support within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end users, and manage user accounts and security procedures.

This onsite role supports Air Force and DoD IT operations and may evolve into full-time deployment later. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in enterprise or military IT support, a HS diploma, and familiarity with Windows/Linux, Remedy, and

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of enterprise or military IT support experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Secret Clearance with DoD compatibility awareness.
• CompTIA A+ and Security+ preferred; DoD 8570 if elevated privileges are required.
• Strong written and verbal communication; customer-focused support.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line technical assistance to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support desktop, laptop, and peripheral devices; manage accounts.
• Respond to trouble tickets via REMEDY and other systems.
• Install, configure, and update software; enforce security patches.
• Maintain documentation and assist with mission-critical operations.
